Employment Logistics :

Location : Remote

Shift : Monday to Friday from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm

Salary Range : 158,000 - 180,000K

The Reliability and Maintenance Director is responsible for the performance, uptime, and lifecycle cost of OnTrac's Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Base Building systems. This role leads a team focused on asset reliability, preventative maintenance programs, vendor performance, and driving continuous improvement across our network of 50+ last-mile facilities across the Eastern half of the country.

The Must-Haves :

• 10+ years experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Up to 50% Travel
