As Director, Transformation, you will lead high-impact transformation initiatives that enable sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and measurable outcomes. You will serve as a change leader, working closely with executives and business leaders to define priorities, align resources, and deliver results. This role requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive organizational readiness and adoption in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design, execution, and management of enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Driving strategic planning and prioritization of transformation activities in partnership with leadership.
• Overseeing business case development, financial modeling, and ROI analysis to support transformation programs.
• Aligning cross-functional teams to transformation goals, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Building governance models and operating frameworks to support transformation efforts.
• Identifying and building process improvements, best practices, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitoring and reporting program progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Leading stakeholder expectations, reporting, and engagement through strong discovery and analysis.
• Partnering with business leaders to ensure organizational readiness, adoption, and long-term sustainability of change initiatives.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and / or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is ($142,313 - $180,000).
