Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Prosper, TX for a Nurse. The Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient progress. The Nurse will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, provide patient and family education, and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
• Experience in documenting patient progress and developing patient care plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide patient and family education and ensure patient satisfaction
• Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
• Valid nursing license (RN, LVN, or LPN) in the state of Texas
• Experience in home healthcare is a plus
• BLS / CPR certification
