Carolina Masonry and Concrete  has been a trusted leader in Charlotte and surrounding areas for 20 years, providing full-service masonry, stone, and concrete solutions. We're growing, and we're looking for a  hardworking, dedicated, and collaborative Hardscape Paver Installer to join us!

We are seeking a dedicated Hardscape Paver Installer (minimum 2 years’ relevant experience) to handle installations of pavers and natural stone for residential hardscapes — patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, steps, outdoor living features, etc. You’ll be an integral part of our team, following design plans and industry best practices to ensure durable, beautiful results.

What You Bring :

• 2+ years of experience  in directing, supervising, and installing hardscape projects.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to  lift 80 lbs unassisted .
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Proficiency in operating heavy and power tools (skid steers, compact excavators, trenchers, etc.).
• Ability to endure repetitive bending and twisting motions.

Salary :  From $22 - $25.00 per hour

As a Hardscape Paver Installer, you will be responsible for installing pavers, stones, and related materials for outdoor hardscape projects. You’ll work as part of a team under supervision, executing installations per design plans and ensuring quality workmanship, on time and on budget.
