Job Requirements
- Education Requirements : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Certifications Requirements : BLS certification, State Licensure for North Carolina, and Wound Care certification (preferred)
- Experience Requirements : Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in home health settings, including patient assessments and documentations
- Other Requirements : Valid Driver's License with proof of Insurance, charting experience with Homecare Homebase, and ability to manage chronic disease cases
