Role Overview

We're looking for a true builder. Not just a salespersonbut a closer, strategist, and future sales leader who's ready to help design the sales engine while it's barreling down the highway. You'll start as an individual contributor (with mentoring and training support from the CEO at Mostly Serious) and grow into a director-level role over time.

At first, you'll be the sole dedicated salesperson. You'll take the reins on outbound strategy, shape the sales process and CRM workflows, and generate revenue by selling impactful, high-value services that include :

• AI training & consulting
• Web design & development
• Branding & research
• Ongoing website support & health checks
• SEO & digital strategy
• Strategic planning engagements
