Sr. Simulink Software Engineer (Model Based Controls)

We are seeking talented Senior Simulink Software Engineersto join our Indiana team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Simulink modeling and simulation for developing complex systems across various domains. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and validate Simulink models, ensuring high-quality and reliable software solutions.

This position is a hybrid role, located in and working with our team in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Simulink models for real-time simulation of complex systems.
• Collaborate with system architects and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into Simulink models.
• Implement control algorithms, signal processing, and mathematical models within Simulink.
• Optimize Simulink models for performance, memory usage, and scalability.
• Conduct simulations and analyze results to verify system behavior and performance against requirements.
• Work closely with other software developers to integrate Simulink models into larger software systems.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Simulink models and their integration.
• Stay updated with the latest Simulink features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Document Simulink models, design decisions, and implementation details.
