  • Clinical Shift Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00a 4 : 30p (34 days onsite; telehealth on off weeks)
  • On-Call Shift Schedule : Optional COVERAGE DATES

  • Duration : 52 weeks
  • Ongoing assignment with potential for permanent placement

PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Patient Demographics : Adults, Geriatrics (18+ years)
  • Patient Volume / Census : 1215 patients per day
  • Admissions : Minimal rounding at hospital
  • Rounding : Included (minimal)
  • Phone Consults : Yes
  • Case Mix : Hematology / Oncology (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, infusions; no BMT, no acute leukemias)

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Oklahoma medical license required at submission
  • Board : Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology
  • DEA : Active DEA required
  • Certifications : ACLS required, Oklahoma CSR required
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in specialty
  • Other Qualifications : Must have clean background; proficiency with Mosaiq EMR preferred

    • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide outpatient hematology / oncology care across multiple clinic sites
  • Perform hospital consults with minimal rounding responsibilities
  • Manage treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormone therapy
  • Utilize EMR system Mosaiq for documentation and patient management
  • Collaborate with clinical team to ensure continuity of care
