Mortgage Processor
We're seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to support loan processing and documentation for a high-volume mortgage services team. Key responsibilities include :
- Review and process mortgage loan files for completeness and compliance
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and properly filed
- Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and third parties to obtain or clarify information
- Update loan status and case information in internal systems
- Track and manage deadlines to meet processing milestones
- Maintain accurate records in line with company and regulatory standards
Qualifications :
1+ year of experience in mortgage processing, loan administration, or financial servicesStrong typing and data entry skills (60+ WPM preferred)Proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environmentAdditional details :
