Honda Service Advisor (Experienced Only)

Location : West Covina, CA (On site) | Type : Full Time | Salary Range : $60,000-$150,000

As our Service Advisor, you're one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda. You're responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves Honda service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians.

We are looking for a Service Advisor with previous experience in a high-volume service department. For immediate consideration, please email brittany.chavez@normreeves.com.

What You'll Do :

  • Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
  • Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
  • Offer solutions and added services to guests
  • Prepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest
  • Provide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
  • Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
  • Process monetary transactions

What You'll Need :

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Creative, positive, team player attitude
  • Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
  • Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
  • Leadership skills in team-based and independent settings
