Account Manager, Live Event Production (Hybrid)
Stagedge is seeking an experienced Account Manager with proven knowledge and experience in the Live Event Industry.
The Account Manager is responsible for the management and retention of existing client accounts and relationships.
- The Account Manager is the primary point of contact responsible for understanding and building relationships with clients, learning about the client goals and identified projects and understanding the details of the scope and overall vision from the client.
- Keep clients current with trends and solutions as applicable and identify opportunities for growth within your clients’ accounts
- Provide all details specific to the Preparation of scopes of work / change orders for approval and presentation to the client.
- Ensures client project goals are achieved with a high level of satisfaction.
- Address concerns and resolve issues as needed.
- Participate in kick off meetings, ongoing project update calls as well as other key calls with client to stay updated on the overall status and progress of a project.
- Participate in internal project debriefs
- Coordinate and participate in client debrief.
- Will support the Sr. Account Director / Enterprise accounts and / or be assigned new accounts as business demands.
- Travel may be required.
An ideal candidate will have demonstrated relationship building skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to actively listen and identify opportunities and / or areas of concern. Will have a deep understanding of the event industry, prior experience as an account manager and / or project manager working directly with clients. Technical or background in production is a plus. Attention to details and ability to utilize multiple platforms such as HubSpot, and project management tools, similar to Monday.com, are important to success.
