As our Field Superintendent, you'll be the cornerstone of our on-site achievements . You'll provide direct, hands-on supervision to field crews, collaborate seamlessly with project managers and clients, and guarantee every aspect of work not only meets our rigorous standards but also exceeds project specifications and all regulatory requirements. Your expertise won't just be helpful—it will be absolutely critical in driving our projects to flawless completion

Responsibilities : What You'll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate daily field activities and personnel on assigned projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Monitor project progress , adjusting schedules and resources as needed to hit deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects aligned.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage.
  • Assist in resolving field-related issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.
  • Support the training and development of field staff to boost their skills and safety awareness.
  • Participate in project planning meetings , offering valuable input on constructability and logistics.

Qualifications : What You'll Bring

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Construction Engineering, or a similar discipline, or a Technical or Trade School Certification , is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial services or construction, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role .
  • Strong knowledge of field operations, safety standards, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and ticketing / dispatch software like Salesforce.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to reliably commute.
  • The ability to lift 50+ pounds unassisted and physically perform tasks in various environments (sitting, standing, bending, stooping, or kneeling for unspecified periods).
  • The ability to read and comprehend technical documents.

    • Highly Preferred Qualifications

  • OSHA Certification(s) (10 / 30 / 40).
  • Equipment operation experience.
