We are currently seeking a Engagement Director to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US).

Role Summary : Oversees the overall engagement with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with client objectives and maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Oversees State level enterprise-wide information technology programs and projects supported by a staff of remotely distributed team members and supervisors.
• Provides strategic direction and oversight to ensure the highest quality service is provided to NTT Data's clients.
• Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision-makers.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with state Medicaid and social services agencies.
• Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement.
• Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision makers.
• Ensures alignment of project deliverables with business goals and compliance requirements.
• Coaches and develops Delivery Management leaders.
• Identifies opportunities for growth within the client environment.
• Works across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources and ensure on-time project and process completion.
• Coordinates the hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective team.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $114,345.00 to $190,575. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
