We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Bridge Engineer to support and grow our Transportation Practice in our Cleveland, Ohio office. Annual compensation : $81,000 - $120,000 based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards. Benefit information : here.

Structural Bridge Engineer Essential Functions :

• Collaborate with a team on structural analysis and design of various bridge types, including steel beams, prestressed concrete beams, concrete slabs, pedestrian bridges, culverts, retaining walls, grade separations, stream crossings, bridge hydraulic analysis, rehabilitation, feasibility studies, structure type studies, load ratings, railroad bridges, and design-build projects.
• Lead bridge projects as the Bridge Task Coordinator, managing project schedules, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and deadlines.
• Provide structural bridge design and plan production support to teams across different office locations.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering professional development while overseeing quality control for bridge design and plan sets.
• Develop technical memorandums, specifications, feasibility studies, evaluations, and reports, and contribute to proposal development.
• Additional duties as assigned.
