Epoxy Flooring Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

Inspect epoxy concrete flooring for cracks, wear, or damage and determine necessary repairs.

Prepare surfaces by grinding, cleaning, and removing old coatings as needed.

Mix and apply epoxy resins, coatings, and sealants according to manufacturer specifications.

Repair chips, cracks, and other surface imperfections to restore a smooth, durable finish.

Operate hand tools, grinders, power washers, and other equipment safely.

Ensure proper curing and drying times to achieve high-quality results.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Coordinate with facility managers to schedule repairs with minimal disruption to operations.

Keep records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.

Perform other building maintenance repairs as needed.

Qualifications :

Experience in epoxy flooring application, concrete repair, or a related trade.

Knowledge of different epoxy coatings, resins, and repair techniques.

Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely.

Physical ability to lift heavy materials, kneel, and stand for extended periods.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines and workplace safety standards.

Saturday & Sunday 7 : 00AM - 7 : 00PM

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $21.00 per hour
