Customer Service Branch Associate I Automotive Finishes

Description

The Branch Associate is responsible for receiving and preparing orders as well as safely moving loading and delivering products. This position is also expected to provide customer service and operate tinting mixing and color matching equipment as needed.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Automotive Branch #9330 located at 325 E 3rd Street Mansfield OH 44902.

This is a part-time position. The work schedule will align with the branchs hours of operation of Monday through Friday between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM. Specific working hours will be determined based on business needs and are subject to change.

Job duties involve contact with customers which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods electronic equipment personal information store merchandise and other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys customers staff employees vendors contractors and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load pack wrap label ship)
• Load and unload products from deliveries
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures
• Deliver products to the customer in a safe and timely manner
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures rules and regulations
• Ensure that the stockroom is organized
• Operate tinting mixing and color matching equipment as needed
• Comply with inventory control procedures and assist with bi-annual inventory review
