job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWelcome patients and provide excellent service at check-in and check-out Manage scheduling, calls, and patient messages in Epic EMR Verify insurance, collect copays, and assist with billing and referrals Support office operations : scanning, faxing, prior authorizations, reminder calls Take vitals and document history in EHR Management of chronic medical conditions and coordination of care Positive, collaborative culture — no weekends or evenings Competitive pay (medical insurance or 401k not offered) Hands-on training and growth in a forward-thinking preventive care practice Prior medical office or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills with a commitment to quality patient care Epic EMR experience a plus
