Operational Night Manager Requirements :

  • Prior janitorial experience in hotels, hospitals, clinics and related settings a plus.
  • Strong people skills and high attention to detail.
  • Carpet and floor work Knowledge
  • Medical Compliance Knowledge
  • Quality assurance inspection ability
  • Ability to train incoming employees
  • Project management experience.
  • Customer relation and client interfacing experience a plus.
  • Leadership and employee management experience
  • Proposal and Bidding Experience
  • Bi-lingual : English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Must have a reliable car and insurance for travel purposes.
  • Covid and Flu shots are required.

Scope of work :

  • Inspection of Client Building to maintain RFS quality standards and contract scope of work.
  • Provide Customer relations to the customer and resolve issues.
  • Manage the Independent Contractors including Hiring and termination.
  • Manage Day Porters including hiring, scheduling, training, termination.
  • Ensure buildings have proper supplies for required scope of work.
  • Find new independent contractors and floor contractors to add to the company's choices.
  • Manage special cleaning projects such as terminals.
  • Train on cleaning chemicals, bio-hazard and blood pathogens.
  • Travel to each client building on a weekly basis.
  • Participate on bid and estimates for special services.
  • Suggest to clients additional special work.
  • Medical / Dental / Vision insurance available upon hire.
  • Monthly gas allowance provided.
  • Paid vacation available after 6 months.

    • Salary starting at $55k-$62k dependent on experience.
