Commercial Construction Estimator

The Commercial Construction Estimator will be expected to :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to identify scope and cost factors.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project details and expectations.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
• Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Maintain updated records of cost data and ensure timely submission of estimates.
• Support the negotiation of contracts by providing detailed cost breakdowns and justifications.
• Stay informed on market trends and material costs to ensure accurate pricing.
