Overview

Our training team builds the technical capabilities of both customers and Lam engineers through effective knowledge and skill transfer enabling optimized installation performance and productivity of Lam systems in customer fabs.

Our training centers are staffed by certified instructors and equipped with state-of-the-art systems. Courses are offered in :

  • Hardware training - system operations preventive maintenance tool calibration
  • Software training - Lam Research software for troubleshooting and performance monitoring

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical training courses for customers and / or employees on multiple products and complex applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering technical support and instructional design teams to keep course content aligned with current product features.
  • Provide instruction in both classroom and lab settings.
  • Conduct post-training follow-up to ensure applicability of course material.
  • Maintain training equipment and ensure readiness for class use.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with at least 3 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
  • Capital equipment hardware experience.
  • Strong background in the semiconductor industry; familiarity with Deposition Tools (C2 products a plus).
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams customers and external partners.
  • Experience delivering training using ADDIE or similar instructional design processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; exposure to Virtual Reality tools is helpful but not required
