Payroll Projects and Systems Manager Responsibilities :

• Lead payroll systems initiatives, from design to launch, including systems implementations, upgrades, and integrations with ADP Vantage, Kronos, and ServiceNow
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and Tech teams to identify business needs, define project scope, and execute system enhancements
• Develop and maintain payroll tech roadmaps; prioritize competing projects in partnership with the Payroll Director
• Champion process re-engineering and integration excellence between Workday, Kronos, and payroll platforms
• Lead and coach a high-performing team while cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth
• Create and manage detailed documentation including project plans, use cases, data migration requirements, and QA / testing protocols
• Stay ahead of compliance requirements and lead proactive system changes to support new tax and labor laws
• Support RFP processes and vendor selection for new payroll / timekeeping tech solutions
