We seek a meticulous, thorough, and organized Estimator to join our growing team in the Weatherproofing division.
Duties ]
- Prepare and present cost estimates and detailed project budgets to management and clients for commercial construction projects (fluid / sheet waterproofing, sealant, spray foam, or traffic coating projects)
- Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze subcontractor bids for materials, labor, and equipment
- Evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential cost overruns
