Strategy and Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate with large stakeholder groups on meetings, deep dives, and action items while preparing content for leadership meetings Pull weekly performance metrics and collaborate with metrics owners to understand trends and provide ad-hoc analyses as needed Act as secondary support across functional teams, diving into areas to support strategic initiatives and execution Required Qualifications : BS / BA degree 3-5+ years of work experience in consulting or project management, with ecommerce or grocery experience as a plus Experience with data analysis, including basic SQL and Google Sheets; Sigma experience is a plus Marketing experience, particularly in go-to-market and growth execution support, is a plus
