Reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager, the Procurement Analyst is a key member of the Procurement team with primary responsibility for supporting the various teams on procurement team. What You'll Be Doing
Research, evaluate, analyze, recommend and purchase goods and services in accordance with the procurement policies across the company and individual departments within budgetary guidelinesCommunicate negotiated contracts effectively with vendors and internal partiesDevelop and validate procurement website content and training content for internal employees on the purchasing process and policies. Conduct office hours or training as required.Monitor relevant Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics for supplier reportingAttend quarterly business reviews with vendors to review performanceConduct spend analytics using ERP systems and vendor usage reportsCollaborate with Legal team to prioritize agreementsMaintain the contract database with current agreement informationPerform ad hoc vendor and spend researchConduct product / industry research as neededContract administration and managing contracts in Procurement SystemManaging procurement inbox for various requests and dispositioning and closing out quick service requestsManage the signature process for contracts including execution and coordinationCreate and run reports and maintain trackers to drive closure of open items with various internal and external stakeholdersTrack and report on contract renewals for closureWork on small mini-projects or support on procurement internal initiativesWorking Conditions :
