The Family Nurse Practitioner at Premise Health will perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and develop comprehensive patient care plans to address health care needs. The role requires collaboration with physicians and other health professionals, as well as educating nursing staff on best practices. This part-time position offers 24 hours of work per week, focusing on delivering high-quality healthcare to member populations.
