    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to spearhead the development of its next-generation digital health experience. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the vision and execution of a digital ecosystem that enhances engagement with patients and providers. This includes the delivery of innovative, secure, and scalable digital products such as clinician and patient portals, EMR / EHR integrations, and core platform modernization. The role is pivotal in driving the adoption of the company's suite of products in precision oncology, prenatal care, and mental health, with a focus on empowering users and increasing the accessibility of genetic insights.

    Key responsibilities for the VP of Engineering include owning the strategy and delivery of digital health platforms, leading the modernization of legacy systems, and driving the adoption of interoperability standards. The role also involves technology strategy and innovation, cross-functional leadership, and team development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technology leadership, experience in building compliant systems in a regulated environment, and a strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards. Success in this role will be measured by the seamless digital experience for clinicians and patients, the measurable business outcomes of technology initiatives, and the recognition of the company as a leader in digital health integration.
