Role Description

• Telephone service to private clients on incoming calls of a major Banking Organization
• Management and registration of requests related to card issues and e-banking
• Five-day, eight-hour employment in rotating shifts 24 / 7
• 2 Saturdays / Sundays per month (with corresponding repo)
• 6 weeks of paid training remotely
