Document implementation steps, create solution diagrams (Visio), and contribute to process improvements. Stay current on emerging technologies and vendor offerings. 5+ years of hands-on experience in build and implementation roles. Minimum 3 years of experience building either Citrix or Azure Native environments. Minimum 3 years working for an integrator or consulting firm. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD. Excellent troubleshooting and client communication skills. Bonus experience with tools like ControlUp, FSLogix, IGEL, Nerdio, Liquidware. Certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-140, or CCA-V are a plus. Responsive via Slack, email, and phone to support clients and team members. Willingness to assist with after-hours support when needed. Collaborative mindset with a focus on knowledge-sharing and team development. Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines. Professional, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building either Citrix or Azure Native environments (not AVD) and a strong background in client-facing implementation work.
