We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join a well-established audiology practice with locations in Boulder, Broomfield, and Lafayette, CO.

This full-time job opportunity is seeking an individual that is motivated and energetic with strong customer service skills. This opportunity is a great foot in the door to grow your career in a professional office setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience with customer service in a medical field (preferred)
  • Have excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to have organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and be a team player.
  • Ability to be compassionate, multitask, maintain confidentiality
  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting customers within the practice and informing providers of the patients arrival
  • Ordering office and medical supplies as needed
  • Answering phones, forward calls to the appropriate individual, and taking provider messages as necessary
  • Scheduling appointments, registering patients, and verifying insurance benefits
  • Assisting in payment collection / invoicing
  • Additional administrative duties as assigned
