We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join a well-established audiology practice with locations in Boulder, Broomfield, and Lafayette, CO.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

1-2 years of experience with customer service in a medical field (preferred)

Have excellent phone etiquette, verbal and written communication skills.

Be able to have organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and be a team player.

Ability to be compassionate, multitask, maintain confidentiality

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting customers within the practice and informing providers of the patients arrival

Ordering office and medical supplies as needed

Answering phones, forward calls to the appropriate individual, and taking provider messages as necessary

Scheduling appointments, registering patients, and verifying insurance benefits

Assisting in payment collection / invoicing

Additional administrative duties as assigned
