Berklee is seeking a collaborative and visionary leader to serve as the Director of Accessibility Resources for Students (ARS) —a key member of the Student Success leadership team dedicated to fostering a community where every student can thrive.
The Director leads a dynamic team that empowers students with disabilities and advances equity, inclusion, and innovation across Berklee’s global campuses. This role ensures that all students—regardless of ability—have the resources, support, and access needed to reach their full creative and academic potential.
