Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance client service. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or insurance industry. Active Life Insurance license in Texas is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and a commitment to client satisfaction.
