TITLE : ACCOUNTING / PAYROLL SOFTWARE SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

ABOUT THE JOB : We are seeking an experienced candidate to fill a full-time role as a Software Support Representative for end-users in an Accounting, HR, and Payroll capacity. Candidates must have full accounting and / or payroll knowledge and experience along with strong customer service skills and advanced computer skills to provide technical support, which is the primary function.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

Degree in Accounting, Business or related, or degree in progress.

Bilingual English / Spanish skills are preferred

Strong technical support abilities, ideally within Accounting / Payroll / HR software programs

Experience and ability to troubleshoot technical issues and teach others on using the software.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience in an Agribusiness environment is a plus

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Accounting and / or Payroll capacity to be able to explain / teach technical items to an end-user. This includes understanding accounting principles and processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, etc.

Professional business communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
