CT Scan Department Secretary

Schedule : Full-Time, Nights 11p-7a, Monday - Friday

Facility : Prime Healthcare Saint Joseph Medical Center

Location : Joliet, IL 60435

Midnight Aide : Transporting patients from the Emergency Department to CT, slide help, downtime back office support, burn CDs, stock rooms

Responsibilities : Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial, and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization's policies, procedures, and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the Director. Participates in the department's performance improvement activities.

Qualifications :

• High School Graduate or equivalent required for all new hires, effective April 2014.
• Three to five year's secretarial experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $16.44 to $23.81. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
