As our Sales Development Representative, youll be the tip of the spear in developing new client relationships and driving growth for our investigations, training, and AI-driven compliance solutions. Youll use a mix of data-driven tactics and genuine outreach to generate, qualify, and nurture leads across target markets, ensuring our solutions reach organizations that value integrity and excellence.
- Generate and qualify both inbound and outbound leads for investigations, training programs, and Invextra AI.
- Conduct targeted outreach using LinkedIn, email, and approved automation tools (e.g., PhantomBuster).
- Manage and update prospect data in HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, or SuiteDash.
- Execute automated email campaigns and follow-up sequences, converting interest into meetings.
- Research and segment potential clients in higher education, government, and compliance sectors.
- Book qualified discovery calls and maintain organized communication logs.
- Collaborate with leadership on outreach scripts, proposal materials, and campaign strategy.
- Number of qualified outreach contacts per week.

- Conversion rate from contact to booked call.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 24 years in sales development, lead generation, or client outreach.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, email automation, and CRM / data-tracking systems.
- Familiarity with lead-scraping and automation tools (e.g., PhantomBuster or similar).
- Skilled in managing outbound campaigns and responding to inbound interest.
- Fluent English required; Spanish bilingual preferred.
- Preferred : Experience with higher-education or government clients.
- Self-driven with strong initiative and resilience.
- Balances relationship-based selling with efficient, data-driven outreach.
- Precise, persuasive communicator; adapts tone for different audiences.
