What You’ll Earn

Guaranteed base pay : $800 / week ($41,600 annually)

Commission paid weekly

Average total compensation : $60,000–$85,000 / year

No cold calling – receive 15–20 qualified inbound calls daily

Work Schedule

Monday–Thursday : 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM

Friday : 9 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM ( half-day Fridays! )

Responsibilities

Handle 15–20 inbound calls / day from interested clients

Educate customers on health insurance plans and guide them through enrollment

Use CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups

Achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred)

Strong communication and organization skills

Licensed in health insurance ( preferred, not required )

Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices

Must be coachable, punctual, and team-driven
