Opportunity :

Advanced Practice Clinician - Family Medicine

Job Details :

• 0.9 FTE position (32 patient contact hours per week)
• Monday-Friday schedule between 8am-5pm
• Family Medicine trained; prior experience preferred but new graduates considered
• Manage 16-18 patients per day with variable procedures
• Provide health care to individuals and families of all ages, from newborn to elderly
• Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention
• Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Work independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Telephone call rotation approximately every 8 weeks, shared among entire FM group
• Join an established patient base with room for growth
• Work with EPIC electronic medical record system
• Function as part of a great team with strong mentors
• Requires high level of customer service skills
• Must have Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program OR Bachelor's / Master's degree in Physician Assistant program
• Current licensure as NP or PA in appropriate state required
• National certification in applicable area required
• Current CPR certification required
• Must complete Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice
