Summary
The Digital Learning Consultant works in the Center for Professional Development (CPD) within Human Resources to execute digital learning and marketing strategies within the team. The Digital Learning Consultant is responsible for collaborating with the CoxHealth workforce in continued growth and professional development activities by leading the creation, design, and implementation of digital learning projects. Through the innovative use of technology, this role will blend skills in learning, design, graphics, and analysis to develop a systematic best-in-class approach to work within the CPD. Additionally, this role will support the CPD and Human Resources (HR) in the creation of marketing collateral (flier, handbook, graphics, etc.) to support programs and / or branding initiatives.

Education
Required : Bachelors in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Marketing, or related field
Instructional Design Certificate
Experience
Required : 5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Skills
Knowledge of core educational practices for training, development, and instruction
Knowledge of current information technology platforms to increase utilization among the system
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; high-level proficiency in Excel.
Experience working with LMS platforms, Camtasia, Canva, Adobe, etc,.
Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
Ability to navigate and balance multiple projects while meeting various deadlines
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
