Location : Mesa, Arizona (Headquarters)

Employment Type : Full-Time, Onsite

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Processing Specialist to join our client's high-volume operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, managing data, and supporting clients through administrative and processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Sort, research, and process various paper notices including court documents, warrants, bankruptcies, and returned checks
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external clients via email and phone
Research tolls and violations using internal systems to determine resolution status (, payment, dispute, liability changes, refunds)
Review and audit processes, providing constructive feedback to team members
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of processing activities
Support special projects as assigned by leadership

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in an office setting performing administrative tasks such as mail processing, auditing, data entry, and quality control

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Ability to operate office equipment including computers, scanners, copiers, and mail processing machines

Comfortable navigating internet-based systems and screens

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Customer service mindset with a collaborative attitude

Ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately for resolution
