Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically active environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of Lean Warehousing or 5S practices. Experience in a fast-paced distribution center. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP / WMS systems).

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting processes.
- Maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and storage of goods.
- Follow safety standards and report any hazards or equipment issues.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency.
