A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to execute strategic outbound campaigns and generate qualified meetings. Key Responsibilities Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book high-quality meetings Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to optimize outreach sequences and share performance insights Track interactions and maintain accountability in Salesforce during handoffs Required Qualifications 2+ years in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS or tech History of meeting or exceeding activity and performance quotas Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io (or similar), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment A builder's mindset with curiosity and collaboration in refining processes and strategies
