Replenishment Planner

Anthropologie is looking for a Replenishment Planner to maximize sales and inventory flow by SKU on core products for both retail and direct-to-consumer (DTC) and provide supporting analysis to planning and merchant teams.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with planning and merchant teams to develop long life out-of-the-box plans by channel that align with long-term goals and opportunities.
• Prepare fabric projections for key fabrics used in seasonal collections.
• Provide unit guides by SKU for each program, considering factors like color and channel based on historical productivity of same or like style.
• Create weekly sales plans by SKU for key programs for both retail and DTC.
• Monitor sales projections and in-stock levels to identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Reforecast weekly sales projections to adapt to current trends.
• Evaluate SKU productivity and program effectiveness incorporate views per SKU at DTC.
• Perform depth analysis to optimize inventory levels.
• Conduct size analysis to ensure optimal size allocation.
