We’re looking for a  Block Captain  in Encino — a local, plugged-in, community-minded go-getter who loves where they live and wants to help their neighbors save money (and maybe have some fun while doing it).

This is a  super part-time, commission-based  role — perfect for someone already active in their community, looking to earn extra income, build connections, and be part of something new.

What You’ll Do Represent Bulqit in your local area (specific territory determined with us).

Spread the word — talk to neighbors, post in local groups, and bring energy to the movement.

Connect with HOAs, neighborhood councils, and community orgs to build partnerships.

Support local initiatives, charities, and events where Bulqit can get involved.

Help homeowners sign up for Bulqit’s free or discounted services and track your progress.

Be the friendly local face who helps turn your neighborhood into a Bulqit Block.

Who You Are You know your neighborhood — the schools, the coffee shops, the dog park crowd.

You’re social, proactive, and a little bit fearless when it comes to starting conversations.

You love the idea of supporting small businesses and making life easier for homeowners.

You’re motivated by results — and the reward that comes with them.

You don’t need a 9–5.

You want a side role that actually matters locally.

Compensation This is a commission / success-based role with additional stipends paid for community involvement and block success.

Exact details discussed during the interview, but could include registration stipends, company equity, free home services - we'll tailor this package to your circumstances and motivations.
