About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Corporate Finance to play a pivotal role in driving the organization's financial strategy and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting, multi-year strategic planning, and quarterly forecasting processes. This role also involves overseeing the accounting for various joint ventures and subsidiaries, developing and implementing financial models for major investment decisions, and driving continuous improvement in financial performance metrics. The VP of Corporate Finance will be a key player in supporting executive decision-making and must have a strong background in M&A, including due diligence and integration. Applicants for the Vice President of Corporate Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role within a multi-national company. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA, a Master's degree in finance, or a professional certification such as a CFA or CPA. The role demands exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, the ability to lead and motivate global teams, and direct experience in managing a global debt portfolio and complex foreign exchange hedging programs.
