A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with treating physicians / providers and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans for injured / disabled persons Assess overall recovery of disabled persons and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness Independently manage workload, including prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for customers Required Qualifications Education : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field Experience : 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with workers' compensation-related experience preferred Certifications : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and URAC-recognized certification in case management Skills : Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email Internet : Must have reliable internet access
