Key Responsibilities
Provide academic guidance and support to learners regarding course navigation and academic policies
Engage with students as the primary contact for non-academic inquiries through various communication channels
Collaborate with team members to implement retention strategies and support at-risk learners
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Proficient in time management and handling competing priorities
Ability to learn basic technical computer skills
1+ years' experience in customer service or related fields preferred
Basic computer literacy to navigate required technology
