DoD Skillbridge Welding Program (Skillbridge eligible candidates only)

As a Skillbridge Welding Intern here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for working on a team of welders and ensuring the quality and efficiency of welding operations. You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Port Manatee / Palmetto, FL location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our welding operations, ensuring that all welds meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for developing your welding capabilities and techniques throughout your apprenticeship program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on a team of welders and conduct welding operations
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and specifications
• Learn and develop welding skills and techniques
• Collaborate with other departments on welding activities
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
