Financial Analyst – Direct Hire

Location : San Dimas, CA (Hybrid)

Salary : $90,000

We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for a direct hire opportunity based in San Dimas. This hybrid role requires a solid foundation in both finance and accounting, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and post journal entries with a strong attention to detail

Lead annual capital and operational budgeting processes

Maintain accuracy and integrity of budget data and financial records

Perform monthly variance (flux) analysis between actual results and budget

Analyze trends in return on equity and rate of return for both actuals and forecasts

Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts

Support financial analysis related to acquisitions and new business opportunities

Maintain and update SOX documentation, ensuring compliance with internal controls

Assist with audits and general accounting functions as needed

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis

Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to present key insights

Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, SUMIF, INDEX, and complex formulas)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
