About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Diagnostic Radiologist for a 100-day locum tenens assignment at a hospital in Kentucky. Starting 08 / 01 / 2025, this opportunity offers weekday shifts from 8a-5p with some night / weekend call coverage. The radiologist will be responsible for interpreting a variety of pediatric general and musculoskeletal cases, including ultrasound, MRI, CT, neuro CT, plain films, and ideally fluoroscopy. The assignment also offers potential for extension, providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated pediatric radiologist.

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Interpret pediatric general and musculoskeletal radiological studies
- Perform and interpret ultrasound, MRI, CT, neuro CT, and plain film examinations
- Conduct fluoroscopy procedures when required
- Provide on-call coverage for emergency cases
- Collaborate with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records using Epic EMR
- Adhere to all hospital policies and radiology best practices
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and assignment duration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
