The Medical Support Assistant coordinates administrative and team support in a wide variety of basic administrative functions. The incumbent is considered the team's authority on clerical and administrative issues and will keep them informed of regulations, policies, procedures regarding eligibility and benefits, clinic management, statistical and data collection and customer service.
