We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our growing team in St. Paul. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining both network and system operations to ensure seamless functionality. Responsibilities :

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, and other networking equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Manage firewall technologies to safeguard the network against unauthorized access and potential threats.
• Oversee Active Directory operations, including user account management and group policy administration.
• Implement and maintain disaster recovery solutions for Microsoft servers to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Administer Office 365 environments, including email, collaboration tools, and cloud-based applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within local area networks (LANs) to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Perform regular updates and maintenance on SQL Server databases to ensure reliability and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network and system needs.
• Document network configurations, changes, and processes for future reference and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing sys
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and system administration with a focus on attention to detail.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking products, including routers and switches.
• Strong knowledge of firewall technologies and their application in network security.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory management and group policy configuration.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery solutions for Microsoft server environments.
• Experience with Office 365 administration, including email and cloud services.
• Solid understanding of LAN architecture and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server maintenance and optimization.
